原标题：台媒：台湾60岁黑帮大佬被枪杀，嫌犯已向警方投案

　　海外网4月12日援引台湾中时新闻网报道，台湾新北市当日发生一起枪击案，60岁黑帮大佬被枪杀，嫌犯已向警方投案。

　　台媒称，12日，八里区华峰一街民宅发生一桩恐怖枪击案。42岁蔡姓男子于下午2点，骑车到八里区华峰一街后埋伏许久，对着屋内60岁的受害者林文章近距离开了两枪。林文章右肩及后背各中一枪，随后倒在血泊中失去呼吸心跳。

　　警方获报到场后，赶紧将其送往医院抢救，林文章于下午3点50分因失血过多身亡。因林文章身份“特殊”，被送往医院时有10多位“黑衣人”围观。与此同时，犯案的蔡姓男子则自行到八里派出所投案，警方查扣手枪一把、弹夹一副、子弹四发，目前仍在侦讯中。

　　台媒指出，蔡姓男子为淡水人，林文章则为台湾三大帮派之一“天道盟”的大哥，主要经营赌场，两人均有黑道背景。新北市警方表示，对于黑帮纠纷必定强势介入，给予严重打击，绝不允许有任何黑帮势力在新北横行。
