原标题：林郑月娥：五月中内地居民赴港豁免14天检疫

　　4月12日，香港特区行政长官林郑月娥在记者会上表示，香港第四波新冠肺炎疫情到目前为止已明显受控，确诊病例及源头未明病例显著减少，“外防输入”成功阻截变种病毒流入社区，留在医院的确诊病人下降至125名，且九成情况稳定。她认为，以全球标准来说，香港应属低风险地区。此外，特区政府4月底将把“回港易”计划扩展到内地其他地区，香港居民通过“回港易”回港，可以免除14天强制检疫。林郑月娥还提到，计划在5月中旬推出“来港易”，允许内地居民无须14日强制检疫来港。
